Coping with Grief durring the Holidays

Coping With

Grief

During the

Holidays

The death of someone we love is difficult in itself.  The expectation of the holiday season compounds that difficulty.  Come and be   part of a practical discussion surrounding the topic of grief and the holidays.  Questions addressed:  What is grief?  How will I get through these days without the one I miss so deeply?  How do I support those who have lost a loved one through the holidays?

Presented by: David J Stevenson, Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care
