March 29^th, 7:30 PM: Maundy Thursday Service of Tenebrae

This is one of the most moving, deeply spiritual services of the Church year. In it, we remember the night in which our Lord had his last earthly meal with his Disciples in receiving the Sacrament of Communion We recall how he was betrayed, tried in a spurious court, killed by crucifixion, and buried in a borrowed tomb.

The Service ends with the Altar being stripped of all furnishings and the room darkened with a time of silence for personal reflection.

 

March 30^thGood Friday Meditation

The Sanctuary will be open for private, quite prayer and reflection from Noon through 3:00PM. Come when you wish, stay as long as you want, leave when you are ready.

 

April 1^st, Easter Sunday

7:00 AM; Sunrise Service

Outside in our Cemetery, weather permitting, or inside if not. This is a brief remembrance of the discovery of the empty tomb and celebration of the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior

7:30 AM; Breakfast

We join together for food and fellowship, remembering Christ’s appearance to his Disciples after his resurrection and asking “Have you anything here to eat?”

9:15 AM; Easter Worship

Joyfully celebrating the Resurrection of our Lord in perfect victory over death! The Sacrament of Communion is again celebrated in this service.
